hand smocked, not on machine--I had some good quilting cotton left---neice will love it..

this little dress is adorable.. I have done lots of hand smocking also .. I also have a pleater 36 needle and love it.. but all the grandkids are bigger now so smocking is in different places.. you did a great job on this dress..
