Wow! Meganne very clever, I have to rely on my children to set things up for me I bet they are glad I don't move or buy new stuff very often. Well done! A big gold star for you. Hugs Sally
well I finally took a couple of snaps of my entertainment system wiring.....
At least it looks tidy from the front. LOLOL!!!!
My word - you were not kidding with the wires. How did you ever know where they all went? It looks wonderful - all set up.
Well done Meg, I knew you could do it. It just takes patience and as you say some quiet time.
Are you free on Wednesday? I can come and help do some more work if needed!
Love Chris
Wish you'd post how to do this, when I had to replace our printer, which is connected to the desktop, and is networked to my laptop - it will not allow me to print from laptop now - it used to work - don't know what I have done wrong. I've worked for several months to get this working again -such a pain to have to go turn on the desktop in hubby's office just to print something (and my sewing/craft room is upstairs where the other desktop stays that is also on the network with laptop - lots of trips up and down stairs some days).Any suggestions?
Congrats! A great feeling of accomplishment andhopefully you will forget how to do before you have to do it again! Did I see Happy Birthday also!
Hope you have a lovely weekend surrounded by all your technology which terrifies me (C.C. = computer cretin)

Oh Meg...wish you were here! I can't get my computers to "talk" to one another in the house anymore. Arg! I need to be able to access my embroidery files from my laptop in my sewing room.
Yippie, I don't know how you managed - I could never do that. Rick was always the one that did that sort of thing - now I am going to have to learn - if I ever plan on moving anything around. Maybe you should share some photo's - I always think it is so amazing that anyone can tell what cord goes where. Hehehe!
Congratulations, that is one step closer to getting the embroidery machines up and running as everythig else is finished in your home. On second thoughts when is a house finished?
Sorry when my internet connection is slower than my fingers I always seem to duplicate. Can not delete so apologies.
And I bet - you never give up, you must be proud of yourself. Well done.
U're a Genius and just forgot that u'r one! Congrats, that is another feather in u'r cap, they must not underestimate us "older" models, we also run on unleaded fuel, Lol. This from one that is completely in the dark about the workings of computers!!
way to go! no doubt you could do it!! Your brain isn't so tired after all - it's just a young thing!hehe.
Now you get to sit back, take a look and start in on something else!
OH, blast, I never thought of that. hahahahahahahahah.
now let me see, the sewing room or finish sorting the office, hmmmm????
I think it must be time for the sewing room, since Chris (Pennifold) gave me such a good start packing the fabric in the cupboard for me. :-)))

Funny you should say that, Dh said I should take a photo of all the wires to show you gals my nightmare, they look like one of the photo's in those emails of the wiring in India. LOL!!!
When I ever manage to get my TV/Video etc set up right (if!!), I take a pic with the digital camera in case I have to change anything and need to do it all again :) Well done Meganne. When are you coming to visit me and sort all mine out? LOL.
