How many of you check your PRIVATE folder on a regular basis? I have over 28 unanswered questions - I sometimes things that this feature gets over looked by many of the CUTE family. FYI go look.

I have sent quite a few and not had a reply - that is one of the reasons why Secret Santa went to email! I wish the "add comment" tab could be removed altogether. That would save the problem of invisible replies.

Great suggetion Sue - have you submitted it to Veronika?

I have a whole long list of Cuties asking for name Snowflakes, but no info and they do not answer the PM I send back to them!!! I wonder if they left Cuties or just do not look! I try to tell them to hit "Reply" rather than "Add Comment" because a "Reply" will give a +1 to my file tab. Ohhhhhh Weeeelllll. Hugs, Judy

I do check it but I don't get many PM's. Veronika has responded to questions through PM's so I do try to keep track, especially if I've sent a PM to someone. Hopefully your questions will make people more aware of the PM feature.

I don't think mine will ever get down from the +28 - they are old - except for a couple - I just wished I could delete them.

YES!!!!!!!! I have been trying to find a nice way to tackle this....I have had so many send me PMs with questions, or requests, that I can't answer or fill with out more information. If you send a PM please check back to see if it has been answered. And use the Reply button, not the comment, as the comment doesn't register a new PM for me....PLEASE!!!!!

I check mine when I come on to the site.

I've had others send me PM's looking for info, and I've replied to them, but they never bother to get back me. Just getting a "Thank You" is nice, at least we know they got the message.

IMO, if they know how to send me a message, they should also know how to reply.

Each time I visit the community, I learned this the very first week here from someones post, don't remember whom.

Everytime I open community, its the first thing I look at, lol! I hope your messages aren't too old!

Some of them are - I have +28 right now - no way to delete them - so my +28 is my 0, I suppose.

It took me a while to figure it out when I first got here, but I check every time I go into community now......gotten several here lately.....

I see every times that I enter the community. Thanks Shirlene!

Good reminder, Shirlene, though I do try to check mine at least every few days just in case! I think it often does take newbies a while to work out the PM thing.

Thanks dear - most of mine - are not to very many of the newbies, however.

I also want to add to use the REPLY and not the ADD COMMENT button. Only when using the REPLY does the + sign appear to alert one that there is a answer to a PM. Too many times I would have missed the answer if I didn't check back anyway.

I did get a pm awhile back from someone I answered in Jan 2010. So maybe this reminder will let more know about the pm tab. Thank you Shirlene for bringing this up.

Anytime I see that I have one, I check it and try to respond asap-although, I do see that I have a few that apparently I didn't answer back through PM but rather through email. I just wish there was a way that we could empty out old PM's-

Linda, I agree - wished that we could delete them - after a period of time - too.

I try to look at it every time I open the freebies tab as it is right there but there are days I am so tired that I choose to overlook it. I try to answer any pm's within 48 hours though.

My private tab is stuck on plus 2. Talking with another cutie when this happened, her's is also stuck at plus 2. Anyone know how to fix this? I know i have a new msg when its at plus 3. None from you Shirlene, I always answer my pms.
