of your machine and tell what number tension you have. Mine was always on 3 and I noticed that when I took it back after two days that he had changed it to 1. Wondering if that is the problem. Makes me feel that I should find someone else.

Hi mi30kaja , i also have a inovis 1200 and have just looked at the tgension and yes it is set for 3...... i sometimes feel they ( service people) are having a lend of us i am sure they think we know nothing about our machine maybe take it back and try adjusting the tension if ot good definately find someone else that is what i would do.....soozie port macquarie nsw
