our quilt show was a real happy event, we had about 500 people through,The challenge quilts were fantastic. We had quilts displayed from quilters as young as 13 up to 83.".We will find out on thursday who won,and I will add a picture ,there are too many to show them all.
Can't believe you found that fabric!! Great job and looks like a winner to me! Good luck!

I have about 10 sets, one for each of my 6 grandchildren and 4 of my own.The first set was bought for my eldest gradn daughter now 17 ,when a friend went to Poland.
wow, Monika, this quilt is sew pretty and you did a great job with the embroidery, stripping, and background....can't believe you had the border fabric in your stash.....what a lucky girl you are.....
good luck in the quilt show and challenge.....
Thanks girls,I had the border fabric for a while, and there was just enough.I had to make the side a bit narrower, than the top ,but I think it looks OK.I hand quilted around each of the doll in the border,to make them stand out.
You hav done such lovely work. I hope the blue ribbon is yours.
Lovely - I just love what you did - the background fabric is just a perfect match.
The embroidery looks so good with the fabric you used. Let us know how the challenge goes.
