HELP I cannot dl a design to my card. I can view it in my viewer. Design is in my format. Any suggestions as I need this design today! Thanks.

I cannot get it onto my card from my file folder. I can see it in my viewer but cannot dl it to my PED-Basic brother card writer, which holds larger designs, but the design will fit 4x4. Thanks.

Still, make sure it is digitzed in the right size hoop. I have downloaded small designs in the largest hoop, 6x10. If you have conversion software, convert the file to hus or any other, and then back to pes.

I will try this, thank you. Have never had success at converting as this is what happens. I can see the design but cannot download. Maybe this is one that I didn't delete after I tried to convert.

I think sewdoctor is right. Convert it to another format and back to PES. Some of the issues are with the different versions of PES. If not successful send me a PM
40397betty, first thought the card is full or to full to fit the design on to it, second, new card you have to format first - what card/machine do you have someone will help.

the card was not full and I have been using this card for over a year. it holds larger designs, but thedesign I cannot dl is a 4x4. thanks.
