How wonderful to come across someone who really seems to know what they are doing! Glad to hear you may be back up and running soon!
Sorry didn't see your post. Have my machine back. Have had a couple problems but it seems to have settled down now.
Hello Lyn! I haven't been too acitve on here lately but i have read the odd messages and a couple re your machine! That is exciting news isn't it! Yay and HOPE IT'S ALL SMOOTH SAILING FROM HERE!!!
:)
Thanks, Have been sewing today broke a couple of needles but seems to be going well now. One brolen needle was my fault. Don't know about the other.
Oh yay , how exciting! HOPE it all goes well for you from now on!!!!!!! :) :) :) A few broken needles aren't anything compared to what you had to endure with it until now. Have a great night!
So happy for you Lyn, hope he doesn't charge and arm and a leg and that he does good work.
Wow, that is really good news! You should be up and sewing in no time!!!
Will have to trust my machine and run that and the computer at the same time.
Happy you will soon have your machine fixed! Nothing zaps our spirits, as when we can't stitch and have to put our creativity "on hold"!! LOL

Might have to leave the sewing over the weekend on hold - IF I get my machine back in time as it will be beautiful outside. Next week rain again, then I won't feel guilty being inside sewing.
Yippie! I hope you get your machine going real soon.
grerat news you have to have confidence in your service people and he sounded a bit out of his depth......soozie
Haven't got the machine back yet, but surely it wouldn't happen twice -- would it??
glad you found someone who seems to know what he's doing and fix your baby for you. will be waiting to hear you shout!!!!
Yippee for you!! I know how it feels to have a sick machine....I hope you get it soon......
Thanks, I am lost. Don't know what to do. Suppose I COULD do some housework. Wash my mouth with soap.
I had the same trouble with the shop that is an hour and a half away. Couldn't fix my machine. The shop that is three and a half hours away fixed it in 2 weeks. I will always take it to the far away shop. Great service there. Hope yours is back in working order very soon.
He said that he will work on it this evening so hope will have it before the weekend
Great news, nothing worse than having a machine sitting there that you can't use.
oh great make a real big noise and it will fly over the ocean well maybe the internet hugs and happy for you carolyn
Lyn, you will be so please to have someone to fix it need to keep his number close by! Is he far from you? I have a shop close by but still takes a week as machine goes away to be serviced. Hugs Sally
I rang someone and they told me it would take at least 7-10 days before they could tell me what was wrong??
Lyn - that is today's Great News!!!!
I'm so glad you have found someone to help you.
Does he also have a solution for when your machine runs hot from overwork when you get it home again???
I'm betting you're getting around today with a very light heart, maybe a little song and definitely a great big smile.
AlmaG.
Alma, I took it to Sewall. The place you suggested. I think this guy knows what he is going. Will cross the other guy off my list now.
Any-one I ought to know about? So glad you're on to it, I just hated it when my machine was away. Took about 6weeks, and they sent it to Sydney.
Not sure where you are in SA but he is in the Yellow pages under SewAll at Aberfoyle Park. He also has a Web site so just put SewAll in your search.
Get his phone number, embroider it and hang on wall over your machine.
Bev
What good news for you. Obviously the other man did not have enough experience in fixing machines. I hope you get your "baby" back soon. Hugs, Mary
The other guy just hasn't had experience with Embroidery machines. Might be good at fixing the old ones, but not the new versions.
What brilliant news. It is late very late with me and I am off to bed so I look forward to further great news from you about your machine.
