It's so pretty! It's a shame it gave you so much grief!
This is so beautiful. You would never know it gave you such trouble. It looks so difficult. A flower for you.
I love the outcome of it. I also have carried on with projects that give me grief (my key). But, well worth it in the end isn't it?! Very pretty. The stamen looks like a royal pain tho, was it? *4U ><>
Thanks Joanie, In spite of everything this is my favourite flower and I really want to make more. The centre pistil and the stamens were both exasperating - to say the least!!
This is stunning! I think a lot of the FSL 3d pieces are quite difficult & time consuming. But when done turn out spectacular. Gr8 work *4u
Jean, this is so beautiful - I would never think that you had trouble - I love the way that you displayed this pretty anemone - keep us posted on what the designer responce is. *4U
were the stamens in a seperate hooping from the center, if so - put a different center on the next one. I love the stamens.
Yes they were Shirlener. Did you read Pat's comments? I'll let keep you informed of developments when I've contacted designer.

Just Lovely! Sorry it gave you some grief. Sure would not know it. Its perfect. If I may ask, where did you get the design?
FSL flowers (anemone) Secrets of Embroidery. (Design by Stitch & a Half). Thank you for your kind remarks Dkjack.
It turned out beautifully elenu. no one would ever know it gave u problems. Looks like it growing there amongst the ivy. *4U
Thank you Ibrow. Believe you me, I could have wished it to be growing in the Ivy rather than on my machine whilst stitching it!!
this is truly a labor of love -and given what the cutie at the bottom said, don't think I'll be trying one any time soon - ***4u - it's beautiful!!!
Yes, Coco, I was disappointed because I would still like to make more for a set of napkin holders. I hope I'll have some answers when I contact the designer.
This certainly looked a challenge, so I decided to
have a go, and see if it gave me as much grief as
it gave you.Never again, but if I did make another
one, I would cheat, and do the centre from another
flower, and I would buy the stamens. I wasted so
much thread it was unbelievable. I'll soak it, and
leave it overnight, and if it looks okay, I'll
put it on show !!
Thank you for doing that Pat, very pleased to hear that it is not me or my machine!! - I have emailed a couple of times but got to thinking (as you do) that perhaps you're not able to pick-up with O/Exp problems you are experiencing??
Your e-mails came through, will answer
later, we're off out for the day, we are
being fed by daughter-in-law today as it's
Ron's 77th birthday.
It is wonderful, I bet the stamens were a headache to make. But your effort was worth it! Flower of the orange turn grey variety for you.
Thank you Mops. Yes, the stamens were difficult but came nowhere near the pistil centre.
it's quite lovely! I'll bet the stamens were a BIG deal!;)
Wow, this is beautiful. Those stamens look like hard work!!
Beautiful! I haven't tried doing any FSL. It looks too hard.
Apparently the grief was worth it, this is just stunning! I'd certainly be impressed if someone had me to lunch and put out these kind of napkin rings, wow! Marji
