The answer is YES they do have a Hoop It All Kit for your machine. Here is a site that sells Singer products.

Don't know but keep in mind, no matter how big your hoop is you can't go bigger than your machine is designed to do. Some people thought getting a bigger hoop would let them do larger than the 4x4 some of us stuck with and it won't.
