I have been trying to retrieve past purchases from Julia'sneedle. They go through someone else-the link they sent I can't open-Now they are done trying. I am not happy at all. Any suggestions?

Cindy Russell, owner of Julias Needle Designs is a great lady and will strive to help you in any way to get the help you need. Just email her and explain. I have been a member of her Yahoo group for many years and she is the most understanding and generous person I know!!

Just a thought. Recently the link to a purchase would not work. I was send instructions through e-mail but still no sucess. I used a different browser and it worked perfectly. Go figure. Angie

What is it saying when you try the link?

Have you tried right click and 'open in a new window'?

Have you asked them to send the designs you purchased as an attachment to an email?

I too am having problems with this site. I have purchased many designs and now they will not accept my e-mail or password.
When I stop having internet problems I will write to her.
