OK cuties I need to vent a little - On Aug 9 I ordered a stack 3 pattern from Clothilde. I ordered online and paid immediately with paypal. Then began waiting for my pattern, after 2 weeks with no pattern I emailed them, they responded to give it 6 - 8 days, hmmm isn't 2 weeks over that? Anyway I got the darn thing yesterday via email after daily rantings to them for my pattern. I'm so frustrated with this company after spending $5 for shipping, waiting nearly a month I finally get it via email. Just a warning for any other cuties that may be considering ordering from them, don't order if you need it in a hurry. I can only imagine if it was something large instead of a paper pattern. Jeez just frustrated I guess.......

I would contact them again, there has been a mixup somewhere. Then repost here to let us know. I have used them and never had a problem.

you may misunderstand I never ordered it with auto download, it wasn't available at that time, the time was so long they finally had the download avail. To this date I still have not received the original pattern ordered. I also did contaact customer service DAILY, and only received 1 reply. hence my frustration....

I understand your frustration totally, but I have ordered from them several times and have never had a problem with them. I hope what happened to you is not going to be common from now on. Hopefully it was just a glitch of some kind. But sounds like their consumer people need some re-training! Hang in there!!

I am not quite sure what a stack 3 pattern is but at the end you say 'paper pattern' Does this mean you had to print it out and glue it together?

stack 3 is the design name and it is a pattern for a quilt.

So sorry Karen! It is so hard to deal with people with a computer and get any results..Maybe I should say some people! I think some people use computers so they can blame their problems on the computer. I have never use this company although I get alot of junk mail with their name on it. Thanks for the heads up! At least you finally got it and now you can get busy and get your project done!! Hugs, Linda

That's naughty! Charging 5$ for an email and then need more than 2 weeks? Don't wanna know how much they will charge for express-delivery ;o)
Hope you get the shipping back and the patterns are marvellous...
Greetings, Bettina

I can only imagine how frustrated you are. Gee are they going to refund your $5.00? Probably not. Sorry for your troubles. I don't think I will be doing any looking at their site. Hope I don't forget the name of the site.
