I have a paid membership but it is asking me to pay. What do I do?

when you want to download a design and you are a member, don't click on add to cart.
Just click on the picture of the design, then click on the green download bar on the right hand side of the page. Hope this helps you

Make sure you click on the picture of the design . That will bring you to the part where the download button is. Good luck.
