Cannot download designs under labels, gets a fatal error message - Am I the only one battling?

No, you are not the only one having problems. Just call it growing pains. I just got a membership and am rather confused about what I got. When I click to download something, I get a message that I must be a paying member for that. I've submitted a trouble ticket.

I can't get them either. Get the same message. thinking the site is not finished updating yet. I just keep trying each day and several times a day. *4U
