Miss V. Help!!! I purchased a Christmas font from Cute Alphabet for the 2nd time. I had forgotten I already had it because I forgot to unzip the file when I got it. Then I purchased it again not knowing I already got it. Is there anything you can do? If not it is ok I learned a new lesson as I often do everyday. Pleae All Cuties be sure you check files and sub files before you purchase a design, because you might already have it in your design stash.

I went in to the file but only through my PED Basic. I didn't go right to the file where I open and unzip. Embroidery library or Design by Sick lets you know if you already ordered it. Please Ms. V could you add something to let customers know they already downloaded the design.
