Georgina, first, this kind of post should be put in the Public area, because it is related to sewing and embroidery, and you will get far more help there. The "Personal" section is for us to ask for prayers, tell about family and personal things going on in our lives, so messages like yours get kind of 'lost' in this section.

Now, are you taking about not being able to download from Cute Embroidery? If so, you can follow the instructions Clawton gave, click on the picture of the design, that will take you to the design page where you can get stitch count, choose your format, etc., then you can use the members download key to get your designs in your format. If you have a membership, you do not ever "put things in your cart" here, as you do on some sites that offer freebies.

Welcome to Cute Embroidery, and we hope you'll be with us a lot on the Community. Please let us know if this answers your question and solves your problem! Hugs, Marji

Click on the picture of the items that you want to download. That takes you to the page that members can download them free if a paid members. It didn't know that either until some of the cuties told me on a posting that I made a few days ago.

It looks like if you have a paid membership you need to click on the picture and that gives you the page to get the designs free. Don't use the "add to cart". I had trouble figuring that out also. A couple of the cuties placed that on one of my postings about it. It does work that way.

I think (if I am not talking out of turn) that you should post this in Public - where more people will read it and comment. Sarah.
