Betty Boop is a copyight, licensed character. If you find them free or very cheap, they won't be legal. I'm not sure who would legally have them, but it would be a larger design company like Dakota, who can afford the license fees. Please don't download illegal designs, keep yourself safe. Hugs, Marji

Did not seen a design like that but we have a lady in a wineglas in DBC from katulle. Maybe this works also?
Most of the BettyBoop-designs are licensed so I think it will be a little pricy if you find one.
