I downloaded the free pes version of the daily teddy bear...but I am unable to open it........can you help?

Grady is an amazing piece of work! God's grace is so much bigger than we are able to imagine. Maybe you can change the avatar when you get to hold him the first time and we can celebrate with you! ;)

dibee, first off, a *huge* welcome to *Cute*, it's good to see you here. Now, I downloaded the file in pes, and it's fine for me. So, I need more info sweetie, and please forgive me if you have already checked this kind of thing, but I don't know how experienced you are with machine embroidery, or with your machine. 1) are you sure that your machine uses pes and not one of the other formats. 2) Check the drive or card that connects to your machine, make sure the file is actually there. 3) You can resave the design again, and try to open it then, sometimes glitches happen! Also, when you say *you can't open it*, do you mean that you can't see it on your machine, or in your machines software. Hope some of this helps you sweetie, but if it doesn't, *please* come back and ask some more. We really love to help here, and want to get this sorted for you.
