Sonja, We are mothers until the day we die, aren't we? I know that she must appreciate her mother and father, and hopefully she will help you, if you always ask her to. You are so tiny, you are lucky, you can eat cake and ice cream and candy EVERY day! I do pray that you don't get over stressed and can gain some of your strength back.;)

That's good news that your daughter will have her own house very soon.
I have had to help my oldest daughter when her boys were younger or she probably wouldn't have made it.
We all do what we can as they are our children.
Good luck.

Sonja: I too have had to help my kids and neither one of them ever thought about using second hand things, they are just happy to have something. Also my grandkids love to get second hand of anything. We often shop yard sales, and thrift shops. When my daughter was starting school in kindergarden and we were having money problems my sister gave her many clothes from her daughter. I was able to buy a few things for my daughter but when school started she only wanted to wear what was given from her cousin. She would say these were Lori's and I like them better. I believe what you call second hand things are just gifts of love and will be appreciated. Just remember what may seem second hand for you is like new to someone who has nothing. Things will work out somehow. I've had both of my kids and their famlies live with me for awhile and while my house was turned upside down with clutter from their things I knew I'd miss them when they left. Just try to relax and enjoy the ride, they will be on their own soon and it will then seem like it was a short time. Sending blessings to you all.

Just a couple more weeks and you can get back to normal also. Then you will probably miss them being gone. Don't think of items as second hand tell them you are recycling so they can have a better life. Will be praying that each new day things will be better for all of you.
