Why do I get this message when trying to add designs to DBC??? Not my computer as I have tried with the old and new computers.hugs Helen

You could never upload a zip file before and I was amazed you did one last time.
I've found after much trial and error that any file that has anything other than letters and numbers in it is not accepted, for instance 'holly ring #2' would not work but 'hollyring2' would.
To speed matters up when uploading I copy the files to a temp file on the screen and rename the files there with an easy name.
