I'm sorry this happened to you. I purchased my membership the day before the site went down and I am OK. I was registered prior to that. When did you first register? when you became a member? I'm just trying to think what's different. Live Laugh Download Stitch! christine
i was also registered before actually joining is just one of those things i guess. you can enjoy it for me till my problem gets fixed which i am sure it will. thanks nicky

Hey Nicky, welcome to Cute! Is this your first time on board? Everything is a little bit out of whack right now. I bought a membership during the sale, but haven't really been able to download much yet. I wrote an email, but in order to view the response, I have to log in and the site does not recognize my name and password. So about all I can say is be patient. Your membership is good for 6 months, right? There will be time. These are just growing pains of a very successful site, and the fact that, from what I understand anyway, is being run by one person who is trying to do it all. Someone correct me if I'm wrong there. Anyway, I hope your overall experience has been positive. Things will get better, and the site will return to some semblance of order. In the mean time, there are lots of very wonderful people here who might be able to help you out. Good luck. And WELCOME to one of the best places on the net. :)

Check another thing. Go to "Designs" tab, top of page to under your log in name go to "Your account" and then "membership". See what it says there. I'll check back to see your amswer.
it says nothing but i did click on the pic and it took me to member download. when i do that it says (did copy and paste)
You dont have an active subscription.
Buy a subscription and start downlaod !
i did get confirmation from my purchase of the membership. and also was able to download a few things so just have to be patient. sighssss not my strong point LOL

Right now I have no other help. Since PM does not work you just have to wait. One thing I know that Miss Veronika will compensate you and extend your time. At least that has been my experience. Keep all your payment info of course. Good luck
Hi Nicky, I think there is still a lot to finalise with the updating of the website. You said you have written emails and have a ticket - I am sure they have received them.
If you are still worried you can write to TEST - that is Veronika's avatar here on Cute Embroidery.
I am presuming that Veronika is just flat out trying to get this and her other websites back up and running. Just give her some time.

Things have changed a bit. Click on the picture of the design you want to download. That will bring you to the next page where you wil find the download button for members. Make sure you are signed in. Good luck
yep i have been doing that and it says i do not have an active membership. and yes i am signed in.
