Has anyone had issues with SewTerific.com? I just spent over an hour trying to get though on yahoo to look at designs. I emailed the company, told them what I thought of having to go to yahoo, spending so much time trying to get through, and got a really nasty reply from the owner. Not one but several. This is one reason why I come to Cuties--don't have to go thru yahoo--there IS CUSTOMER SERVICE and I don't get frustrated because some "OWNER" doesn't even care enough to try and help. Their so called "customer service" stinks.

What does yahoo have to do with sewterific.com? I have been buying things from Terri and Don for some time and cannot imagine them sending anyone a nasty note!

It was WORSE THAN NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

osueo: Just signed into my yahoo account and also got right in and was able to pull up the freebies. If you put the - mark in between sew and terific that may be your problem I can in in yahoo and also not thru yahoo. Sorry they were so nasty to you. Try again and leave the - out if you are putting it in. Sorry thats the only thing I can think of.

Not sure why you are having problems. I just typed in Sewterific.com and got right in with ho problem wish I could help. *4U
