"Jumping for joy is good exercise" !

So do I!!! Pity my favourtie hobbies require me to park my rearend on a chair all day!!! My husband has tried to coax me into working in the garden (YUCK!!!) maybe it's a good idea!!

And I sooooo need to exercise !!! LOL
