A couple of weeks ago I purchased the 6-month membership. I wrote to Cute Embroidery and asked how to download the designs for free. I never got a response. Could someone tell me how to download for free? Thanks. Debbie

Click on the picture not the "add to basket" and you will get to the right place.

Marjialexa has written a great tutorial with pictures.

Log in, click on DESIGNS on the blue bar, click on the PICTURE of the design you want which brings you to another page where on the right side a download button for members exists. Click on that, choose your format and download. Hope this helps and happy downloading.
P.S Watch for packets which will download the series of a category.

I hope this is what you are asking about. I did my DLing this way. I went to the top of the page to the blue band just above your picture and you see the design categories. I the opened up the first one by clicking on it. I started at the last page and clicked on each design one at a time to save it to my thumbdrive. I did 1 page at a time so I would know where to start again. And I started at the last page because the new designs are always on the 1st page. Be sure when you put the designs into your computer to organize them by categories so you can find them again. I tend to DL each and every design because I never know when or if I will need it later. If you need help in how to organize the designs, Ann the Gran has a good list to start with. Now if you need a little more info. When you click on the design, it takes you to another page. On that page are 2 choices to DL. One will charge you for the design. You don't want that button. Use the other which is for members. If you get confused, just click on 1 and if it charges you, back out and click the other. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I don't DL every day anymore. It will take you to the DL page where you click and put it into your thumbdrive. I hope this helps. If it does not answer your question be patient with us. We want you to get your designs. If this does not help you, please tell us exactly where you get confused. And you will still have plenty of time to DL everything once you get the steps down. So keep asking and you will get help .

This site is great. You get all the stuff RIGHT HERE. Another site, Sewterific, you have to go to YAHOO. What a PAIN!!!!!!! I am TOTALLY never going back there again. Response to my frustration trying to get to their stuff through Yahoo was that I was a terrible person and was dropped from their emails. Even before I had NEVER bought anything from Sewterific anyway. And now I certainly will NOT!!!!!!! Cuties are ALWAYS available and I do NOT have to go through the ----- of getting onto YAHOO. lUV TO ALL.
