auntbaba, I always use an iron that they call a kandycane, it works rather well, I have never lost a crystal, either. A flower for you.

kewl, or should I say "hot"?! Thank you for the question. Now I have an answer to a question I didn't realize I had. *4 all. ><>
I have used the ones that are self stick, all you have to do is iron the clothing first and place the crystal where you want it. Then turn the garment inside out and press it, leave it to the side until I cools down and voala!!! you have crystals on your designs. So far I have never had any issues with them comming off with washing.
I use Lorna's Decorative Touch Wand. Bought it in the Netherlands, but it's assembled in the USA. See www.L-Orna.com. Works fine with me, crystals applied to jeans don't come off in the washing machine.
this question interest me very much,I had glue them on the cloth, but it does not resisr to washing. I see that I need a tool
I'm sitting here looking at mine auntbaba & it's called Kandi's crystal crafter applicator. It has 7 different tips & a base. has a 5 yr warrenty. their link is www.CrystalCrafter.com *4U
Auntbaba, I use the same kind of heating Iron for that purpose that Shirlene mentioned. I got mine a Michaels Craft store. Watch for the coupon and get 40% off ( they have one this week. )
A flower for you.
Barb, usually you have a tool that is a little hot iron - that you place the crystal done and hold it with the tool for about 20-30 seconds to melt the glue and when you lift it off - the crystal stays and when it cools - it is adhered. I have hear of some that use their regular iron - but I can't see how they would be able to determine if the crystal was in the right spot. Have fun. *4U
