Simple, simple tote bag. Made this as a door prize for our Ladies' dinner with the theme "Let the Son Shine In." Just a bag from JoAnn's, side seam taken out to emb on it, sewn back together, then one of the machine's built in stitches around the top. There's a pocket inside for pen & paper in case it's used for a Bible carrying bag.

Gerry, I love the change that you made to this common bag - not it will be used and cherished. So what is the size of the bag?

One of the medium sized ones from Joanns. Can you see me holding up my hands to show you? :-) I'm no good at guessing sizes! But it will easily hold a Bible & SS book plus anything else you absolutely need to take with you...like a picture of your new grand baby?

The sunflower design really brightened up the bag and the extra stitching around the top gave it a nice finishing touch.
