The doggy one siuts me to a T! I've also made these but without the velcro. I find the fleece is elastic enough to get a good fit.
bringing it ttt for those that missed it nanc.-thanks for sharing with all of us- I love the dog one-sure fits me-
Sorry took so long. BAD week. Had to put my 15 year old toy poodle down. Going to try to download a picture to give idea of pattern and size. You will need to adjust for some people. Some ladies need a little smaller. This one fits most people I've given it to.
I put a pin in the center to line up my embroidery design and embroider the bottom part. Turn right sides together and stitch leaving one end open to turn it. I turn and top stitch all around enclosing the open end at that time. I use the wide velcro on the end for the closure. Hope this helps. Nanc
This is a great idea, buffeebabee.Did you make up the pattern or can did you buy one??? I would like the measurements.I usally give bus drivers something for Christmas, and this would be nice and inexpensive. It would also keep them warm when opening the door so much.A+ for your grade!!-Toogie
Great idea! And so useful! I love the dog one, too! Hugs and *'s for all
Nice gift ideas. Love the dog one, lol, my dog walks all over me too! :)
Interesting , how do they work?
They go over the top of the head and over the ears. It meets in the back with a velcro closer. I put on a ball cap and put it over the front part right in front of the bill and then over the ears. Looks pretty good that way. Keeps the ears really warm when it is chilly.
The dog saying is cute. Like the shape of the headband ~ can tell it's designed to covert the ears better.
