I ALSO HAVE THE CE 350 AND I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, SWITCH OF EVERYTHING, UNPUG USB, POWER AND LEAVE FOR A MINUTE, SWITCH ON EVERYTHING, PUSH THE BOBBIN WINDER TO AND FRO, LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO WIND A BOBBIN AGAIN BUT DONT, JUST BRING IT BACK TO ITS NORMAL POSITION. ANOTHER THING, MAKE SURE YOU ARE TREADING IT BACK TO THE EMBROIDERY TREADING BECAUSE WINDING BOBBIN THE THREAD GOES ANOTHER WAY, AROUND THE LITTLE SILVER HEAD LIKE FITITNG ON THE TOP BUT TO EMBROIDER YOU HAVE TO THREAD IT TROUGH A SEPRATE FITTING WHICH IN MY CASE IS BEHIND THE LITTLE SILVER HEAD LIKE FITTING. YOU MAYBE NOT TREADING IT BACK TO THE EMBROIDERY THREADING, REMEBER THEY ARE DIFFERENT THREADINGS. HOPE I WAS OF HELP. GEETA
okay I'll try I own the CE 350. First I have to ask some questions, are you using the small or large hoop? Were you winding a bobbin on the embroidery side or the sewing side? Also check that your USB cable is in tight.Check that the bobbin winder on top is completely pushed over. Check that your hoop is attached correctly. Send me a personal message and I will help the best I can. If you can give me the above info and tell me step by step what you have done it will help me. Also the number for the singer support site is 1-800-4SINGER, but it can take along time to get through and sometimes the folks don,t know all the nuances that the dealers do.

Hi Linnie, I was wondering whether or not there are two motors for your machine. I know with my Husqvarna I have one for general sewing and one for bobbin winding. I had a similar incidence once where I had to remove the little bobbin connection winder and push it back on again. I had some thread which had become stuck and there was no way it was going to sew. Or it could just be the electronics. I hope someone who owns one can be of more help to you. There are a couple of good sites on the internet to help you out. Love and blessings Chris
I was just thinkg of the embroidery unit arm too, just make sure that it has clicked right into position. I see you have already turned it off and re-started, so obviously that wasn't it! Keep on trying, it's got to be something simple. Love Chris
