Christening Dress - I made this dress many years ago, when I was 17th - and all of my children was wearing it when they was baptism and some of my grand-children too, and I have sewing all the name on the back.

132773Here is the back of this dress(gown) and the names of my children and some of my grandchildren, but not all of my grandchildren was baptism in this dress, my daughter-in-law did sew hers one dress and baptism theyrs children in that dress.

89895beautiful sigrun! -wow-I just realized that I have the one I made for my second daughter-she is now 15 packed away someplace-I will have to see if it's still around. My 1st born-she is now almost 23-had hers bought for us by a couple of our real close friends-it was beautiful.~linda~

Thank you Shirlene - yes I was always doing something in handwork when I was in school, but this is my favourite - yes I have to take a photo of the back and put it here to show you the names.
