I was browsing Etsy.com, checking out the burp cloths (I guess I need a life!) and noticed some embroidered with cute machine embroideries for $5. That seems so cheap to me. With the cost of the diaper and embroidery, I would not spend my time for that price. Is it just me, or are you with me?

People who don't charge for their time don't do anybody any favours. They work for nothing and make it harder for others to compete on price. So you have to design and make items so much better that customers will pay a proper price, you hope!

It's not worth doing it for a customer, certainly! They don't understand what it's involved.

I'm with you!! I have chosen not to embroider some items, because it would just not be worth my time, not to mention the cost of materials, thread, stabilizer, etc.
