Above where you see the tabs in community you will see a tab called private. click on it and type in the name of the person you want to send a pm to. Make sure you have it written down so you ge the name right as there's not a list that comes up with names anymore.

I notice also that it has to be exactly as it is shown in their Avatar name. Love Chris
