Arizona embroidery barn they have alphabet for 2.50 .:):)
I was a member of the embroidery site for 3 yrs - liked it pretty good - you can go to her site and click on membership information - this will take you to a page where you can click to take you onto her personal page on ebay - from there you can go to her items for sale - she has her yearly membership for as low as $10. She has 1000's of designs and more than half of them are alphabets - almost any alphabet you would want - she has it- the only thing I didn't like was you can not communicate with her - well let me say I never got a response from my contacts - but I have not been a member since April this year so things may have changed. She doesn't add too many new one often but I felt like I had gotten my money's worth with all that you can download for that one low price.

http://cindysembroiderydesigns.co... Lots of free alpha sets, but be aware..they are in PCS (the original format Brother once used--I think) format and have to be converted. Cindy's page has a download of Tajima Pulse Ambassador or Wilcom for converting--free softwares. I have Tajima and really like it..converts to almost all formats.
All the links and good, I know Sewing Forum and Ioo1 Stitches( I believe that is the name) they both offer free alphabets and fonts.
When www.cutealphabets.com has a special on certain alphas, it is a really great price for the set. I have purchased a couple of alphas from www.embrotique.com that I truly like, and at a most inexpensive cost. The alphas include all sizes, usually, from the smallest to largest in letters. You may want to check out Embrotique. Very cute designs for a low price, and sales on regularly.

perhaps it works now: go to free stuff at the left > to embroidery designs > archived designs: alphabeths > click and you come on the alphabeth category. Click on the alpha you like and you can download the format you nedd. Good luck.
They have a membership for at a great price. This page includes some of the sale packages for fonts.
Lots of fonts free. Have to register
free font. Look around on Cindys page think you find more
free font with dogs
this site has many fonts
Fivestarfonts has several freebies. Best place to buy fonts is 8clawsandapaw.com. They are so cheap there (2-3$) and they have over a hundred fonts. Way more choices than ANYONE else.
Enjoy!these are embroidery alphabet fonts.
I followed the link, clicked on some of the alphabets...but could find no files or link for download..Anyone help with what I'm doing wrong? Thanks...
You are intermingling fonts with alphabets. They are 2 different critters. A font-ie true type fonts-is a collection of objects (letters or numerals or wingdings) that we can find on our computers to type with. These letters are a particular font. Only when they are digitized into an embroidery form, are they now an alphabet. So many digitizers do not differentiate and so the confusion.
Try google-"free machine embroidery alphabets". Join some yahoo groups, they are always giving slphabets.
Look at Jolsons. She also calls them fonts, sigh, but there are quite a few with low prices.
I get fonts from azembroiderybarn but I get them off Ebay - about a third of the price! I also get afforable fonts from 8claws&apaw and free from fivestarfonts! Hope you find what you need! Christine Live Laugh Download Stitch!
It depends whether you want a font or an alphabet. I use the fonts which go with Embroidery Fonts Plus. This free software comes with three free fonts but you can buy more for about $10 each. The software is easy to use and you use the fonts just like in a word processor so you choose the size.
Most sites which do alphabets seem to sell them complete as a pack. It is only if you want to collect a free one that you have to download one letter at a time. If you use these the size is fixed.
Try this link, I have several of their fonts, be careful though because some of them are large so it depends on your machine hoop sizes. Also try to purchase fonts that
include both capitals and small letters. They also sell some sets with more than one format, 1, 2, 3 inch so that
is nice. Most of my sets I have purchased at $2.50 or around that price. Of course there is always a membership to cuties and then the possibilites are endless. GOOD LUCK
