Applique suggestions on fluffy fleece, should I treat it just as I would a towel? My first attempt and I only have enough fleece for this project, can't do a test run. Daughters birthday in a few days so I can't mess up...Thanks in advance.

If you want the design to go on both sides (not an alpha design) you can do WSS on both sides and use the same thread in needle and bobbin.....or you can put in a piece of "cello wrap" aka Mylar and stitch on both sides without stabilizer and you have design on both sides and it is reversible. Use same thread in needle as bobbin and when finished tear off the cello wrap.....I have done this as it is strong enough to hold, but if your design is heavy you could put in a tear away on the back next to fleece, then add cello wrap and then hoop as stated above and good luck.....

I would treat it exactly the same as any pile fabric. Don't forget WSS on top to stop the stitches sinking. Good luck. Sarah.
