Can someone help me pleaseeeee.

I have a built in script font on my Ruby and
almost everytime I use it there are little
thread bubbles (the thread forms a little extra loop). I have tried different stablizers, reduced speed, and I still get this problem which is beyond irratating. Any suggestions, this is the only built in font I have and I do not have embird yet.
Thanks in advance for any HELP you can give me.

My dealer also told me not to touch the tension. If I have that problem with "bubbles", I found out it was the bobbin thread I was using-went back to the kind my dealer suggested and everything worked again-try that!

I use pre-wound bobbins and don't have a problem anywhere else just when I use that font.
Thanks I will see what else I can use.

Increase/tighten the thread tension on your machine and use a new, 11/75 needle.

O.K the needle thing I have tried so now I will check out what to do with the tension. I am a little hesitant as the dealer told me that I should not touch my tension. I will let you know how it turns out.
Thanks for you help

A very good bobbin thread is Madiera, it costs more but it is worth it. I use it for what I term good jobs and I have another cheaper one for jobs like the logo's I do on work shirts. I have the Ruby and have not had any bother with the fonts. I will admit that I was told not to use prewound bobbins as they can leave a residual in the machine - this came from a Husq Technician.

whoops it cut off part of my message. I was also told by a Husq Technician not to use prewound bobbins as they can leave a residual in the machine.

You should not fiddle with the tesion srew on the bobbin, adjusting the thread tension is something you can easily do. My dealer suggested 12 yrs ago when I bought my Designer1 to lower the thread tension a bit for metallic threads and since then I've never had problems with those.
