When downloading from the azembroiderybarn what ID number are they asking for before I hit the load button? Thanks

Just click on the URL in your mail from AEB and the number is there. No need to fill it in by yourself ;o)

When you get to the last page where you see "Thank you for your order" there is a line there under your e-mail address that says "Follow this link to view order details". Click on that and it will take you to the download area. On the "Thank you for your order page" you can also go to the right side of the page and there is an option just above the "logout" button that says "Download Area".

the ID number is emailed to you. If you don't see it in your email check your spam.
