I don't have -yet- a favourite thing yet. I'm still discovering all what my machine can do. (or should I write "what I can do" ? ;-) For the moment I'm trying FSL, but there are still so many things I didn't tried out yet.
Anything I can get hold of or make! My "speciality" is large, personilised Christmas stocking trimmed with fur. Over the years I have made dozens and I'm happy to say that they continue to be used, even when the child is a parent themselves. This year I've been asked for quite a few toilet rolls too.
I love making FSL, but do quilt blocks and towels. Actually will embroider on most things where there is will there is a way....
Just love to embroider gifts for everyone, love making the little ones their Christmas Ornaments each year, Candy Cane Holders, Gift Card Holders, on my fourth Family Tree and have two more to go...guess that should do it...hugs and have a great weekend...Glenda
I embroider anything that I can think of! Right now, I am doing a bunch of towels for Christmas gifts for family and friends. I've just started to do FSL (was a little intimidated by the stitch count lol) and so far... so good! I can see lots of FSL in my future. --Sharon
I love to embroidery baby quilt blocks bags and ornaments

I embroider anything I can think of for my grandsons (10 & 12)and make ornaments every year for 20 nieces, nephews, grandchildren of friends, ect. Never do two the same. The oldest is now in 3rd year of college so has a wonderful dated collection. Other than these, do totes, placemats, coasters, towels. Never do anything for me, so that makes Secret Santa so special!
20 nieces, nephews,... for sure you will always be busy and they will always ask you to fix or sew something.
I like to embroider useful things, as towels, bath or dish towels,my grand children ask to me often to embroider on their T-shirts or polar. I have never embroider anything for me because no time...
I have seen that any embroidered gift give always pleasure
I have loads of fabric left from my loose cover business,so the plain thinner stuff I make tote bags, you can get a lot of nice designs togther on these, pencil cases for my grand children and make up bags for friends.
pocket for bags (large enough to double so can't see the back of work when done), dog collars, leads, dog jackets, tea towels, bath towels, shirts, hankies, just about anything not nailed down :)
I do quite a lot of test stitching and I use these to make quilts for an orphange. I also like to do towels and decorate clothing
Well - I think that I love it all, but would also have to say towels of any kind, napkins, linens - I love to do applique on little shirts. The list could be endless.
I love to do bags, towels, tea towels, placemats, etc. Cecelia
Hi Sue and my Secret Santa, I have done FSL, RW and fill designs. I am still new to ITH. I have a medical condition and can't wear anything but cotton, 2X if you get summerwear cheap. Even though I embroider with cotton I still love sparkle! My not-completed project is 9 patch blocks for quilt top.
Most of my embroidery is for my adorable GS - ITH toys, soft books, quilts, clothing. At Christmas, I try to make something for everyone on my list, FSL ornaments, hoodies with a manly design for the guys, totes, towels, aprons or sets of "from the kitchen of __" bakery bags/jar toppers for the cooks in the family. I love making quilts and anything sewing/quilting related so when I find time (HA!) I plan to whip up some sewing kits, needle books, scissors holders and pin cushions.
I like to applique on place mats, dish towel, table runners (my table is 72 inches long) so I can't buy runners.I like doing hand towels with embroidery and lace.Don't know how to do in the hoop bags.
Reason table is so long I always sponsor the serviceman in our area for the Holidays Dinners.Love the noise and they all help decorate the tree and make cookies.
I have a son in the Navy. I appreciate you doing this!! You are a gem!! Hugs, Laura
I love receiving gifts so here are a few suggestions;
Angels, religious(Christian), lace ornaments for my tree, greeting are also a plus.
I do quilts for Grandchildren, towels and wall hangings that I use to throw on the bottom of my bed. I also make purses. I have done FSL ornaments for Christmas tree.
I love quilting, and embroidering on table runners, garden bags, and of course quilt blocks. I have plenty of unfinished projects, lol! Most of my embroidery is my grandchildren. I am still a beginner and still learning. I don’t have a lot of time to do embroidery with my busy life, so I haven’t tried many formats yet.
I love making gifts. Tote bags, towels, T-shirts, bibs, scarves, napkins, plus I love making Christmas ornaments.

Unfortunately, I seldom have time to embroider for myself. I do smaller projects like placemats, towels, runners, bags, wall hangings, and some ITH projects for my daughter and her friends. I have purchased and collected so many designs and hope to tackle some of my larger projects one day! Denise
Tea towels, napkins, runners, christmas designs on anything. Above all I love applique. Love Chris
I like tote bags, dish towels, table napkins and towels. Of course, I love in the hoop designs so all the things that can be made in the hoop - are my favorites!!*
I like to dish towel, table runners and all the way from the kitchen. I like chickens or embroidered with flowers, to my ranch.
I love making quilts. However, I have to change my way of thinking, because after all, how many quilts does one bed need??! (ha ha).
when you can't put them on top then lie on them, that way you can do more.
but why not make a special one and donate it to a charity to raffle, that way you have the pleasure of creating it and of knowing you are helping others
its a wonderfull way of falling asleep, Imagining someone snuggled under your quilt that has been made with love and prayers sewn into every stitch. annie in the uk
I've started doing RW for the charity quilts I make - they're actually faster to make than a traditionally pieced quilt and the kids seem to love them. I recently attended a quilt show of 30 quilts a woman created for organizations to raffle off. They were simply gorgeous. Everyone benefits - the woman gets to do something she loves and the organization gets much needed funds.
I like tea towels, bath towels, wall hangings, all sorts of bags, table runners, scarves, quilts, jeans and all things that you embelish with embroidery.
Hi Sue,
I just love doing FSL, and in the hoop things. I also like doing nice tea towels, face cloths, etc that can hang, and love embroidering these toppers.
