Does anyone know of a book on how to do all the different types of machine embroidery formats? Like how do you do embroidery on tee shirts without getting holes in them or a birds nest behind them? Or FSL, ITH, Applique, Cutwork, etc.. I am amazed at the amount of embroiderying some people are able to do. I wish I could get a project a day done. I'm lucky to get in 4 or 5 a month. Maybe some day I will have more time to embroider, lol, but for now my life is soo busy with lifes chores and errands for our business. I'm still a beginner when it comes to machine embroidery yet. There are several things I have not tried for fear that my machine won't handle them or I will have issues such as birds nests. My machine has a tendency to snarl behind the scenes on many of my designs, which is frustrating to say the least! Anyone knowing of a book that shows are tells step by step the different formats of Machine embroidery please list it, its will go on my wish list!!

Thanks all
Diane

Diane, I do not know of a book. But I have a note book next to my computer were I have written all sorts of tips/info in, since I got my machine. You have been given some good sites to view all sorts of tips for projects. Just try to do 1 new thing a week/month. Once you start there will be no stopping you. I must admit that I try anything that comes my way. Hugs Yvonne

EmbLibrary is the first place to look for advice. I've watched a lot of them and they give great tips.

I am like you in that I am not brave enough to try some projects. I am also busy with our business and grandsons and sometimes I spend too much time on this site to embroider. lol I am enjoying life so that's all that matters. One day I'll just jump in and tackle those beautiful projects!
