I am sorry I can't load Art as neither Embird nor 5D Pro offer that format. I would have to buy the Bernina software and that 's an investment I don't want to make.

Would this design be thrown off if I shrunk it by about 5cm lengthwise? Then it would fit in my hoop. I'll save it regardless, because I love your work!!

I had a look in my software to see what the effect would be. The top scallops are a bit shallower, which does not matter; the scallops along the sides hold there depth and are just a bit shorter; the overall shape looks good. So go for it.
