I remember someone post, she was very happy, because her Futura was coming soon, if you are reading this, how is it? are you please with it? You bought it at HSN, how is the service? Sorry for asking ????

I'm not sure which FUTURA you mean-CE350 or the newest Quartet.
I have both from HSN which I purchased on flex pay
when on sale at a great price.
Basically, you get no sewing help from HSN but I got a great machine on flexible payments and so far I love both of them. Its a good machine for this price point and HSN has the best deals.
However, if you want handholding service perhaps an
online dealer would be better.

PS I would prefer a Huqsvarna Diamond but thats not happening for me in this lifetime. LOL
I like the larger hoop of the Quartet and the capability of multihooping which I haven't had time to play with yet.

I haven't really used the extra software
included yet but I know autopunch is not great. Also, the Quartet doesn't have a 5x7 hoop very annoying.
So far I've done fsl necklines on Quartet
and sewed out beautifully.

Hi, I'm not the person you mention, but my DH purchased this machine for me a couple weeks ago, and I love it!! He got me the complete package with different software, as a surprise. I would have rather had another machine instead of the softwares. LOL
The company worked with me back and forth via emails with questions I had before and after the purchase. The neat thing is after several emails, I discovered it's the same family owned people I purchased my Brother PC-8500 from in 1999!!
If I can help you in any way, I'll be happy to!! Just send me a PM and we can exchange email addresses.
I've included the link in case you would like to contact the company with questions you might have.
Hugs!!

my neighbor bought this machine about a year ago or so from hsn, she seems to like it a lot. There are small minor inconveniences, no thread cutter and has to be connected directly to the computer, but she's happy with it.
