How can I keep satin from moving in the hoop? What kind of stabalizer? Can anyone help me?

I use a heavy tear away stabalizer in my hoop and then spray some temporary spray adhesive onto it, then you can lay your fabric on top. It does not get any burn marks.
For other thin fabric I use a rubber frame that I hoop with the fabric. Have loaded this a few times to projects and tips. Will try to find the direct link.

This is interesting! I never embroidered onto satin because I heard that it's difficult, but there is always a way! Thank you Cuties!

I dip satin in liquid vilene just like organza. I take scraps of wss and dissolve in warm to tepid water and dip gabric - hang dry and hoop with topping! Live Laugh Download Stitch! Tissue Paper is another way to unslip the fabric!

I never thought of this. I will have to save my scraps from doing lace. Thank you.
