It's lovely. Did you knit the front and back as one part without side seams?
Like Sue, I've been doing cables, but am planning something like this for my granddaughter. Thanks for showing this!

Thank you - yes I did, I always knit like that and I cut(trim) in the front middle, knit the list and sew them on, sometimes I crochet the list, I did that with my wool sweater the Icelandic lopapeysa :-))

It is a beautiful sweater - very nicely knitted.
Although at the moment I just cannot imagine knitting in any manner as I sit here in 32 degree heat with the humidity at 95%.
