I have just stitched the collar of a polo shirt into the design and I am blaming my husband. Before he went to work he said "Now make sure you don't stitch anything together on those shirts, every time you do that you eat up your entire profit margin when you have to peanut it out." Well to start with I have a Peggy's stitch eraser, not a peanut and I have given the wrong meds to patients more often than I have stitched something into the hoop. But he doesn't say to me before I go to work, make sure you don't give someone the wrong medication today. (medication errors happen more often than most people would think) So I am blaming him for putting it out there.

Alice, I just did that last week with a sweatshirt. I sewed the bottom band to the design, but was able to salvage it.....what a pain!!!

Ha ha ha, I did tell him and I told him it was his fault for putting it out there, I mentioned that I have given the wrong meds more times than I have messed up embroidery. So I did not get the I told you so speech, instead he tried to tell me that in 36 years of being a nurse he has never given the wrong medication, I looked straight in his eye and said, "I don't believer You." lol.

Don't you know The negative thought, is the dominant action!!!????
I'm always going crook on Ray for my weight gain because he is so negative with me.

That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!!!! hahahahahaha!

Meg I am totally convinced that when you put that negative stuff out there that is exactly what you get back.

Have to click on 'Add Link' after you have typed in the url; it will then allow multiple entries if you wish. Then just click on 'Submit' when you have finished.

I hate when that happens - the shirt and the hubby. It just means you two are working the same vibe - meaning - he is tuned in to you and vice versa I'm sure! Makes a marriage! Live Laugh Download Stitch!

Hope you were able to save the shirt and I would never acknowledge to him what happened.

I have been able to get the stitches out without damaging the shirt, but I got it from my supplier so I would have been able to replace it easily enough. I think you might be right about not telling him. I can just hear the I told you so speach. lol.

LOL-way to go Rick-couldn't just say-Bye-love you, have a good day-see you when I get home-noooooo he had to put the power of suggestion out there. Kinda like when someone says "Careful, don't cut yourself-that knife is sharp" Bingo! Get the Neoporin and bandades!

That's right Linda, He has this bizarre theory that if he expects the worse he won't be disappointed but will be pleasantly surprised when the worse doesn't happen. Now I may be a cock eyed optimist but I really don't think that is any way to approach business. lol.
