Thanks for your concern Marcelle ... We are in the process of evicting them ... several reasons .. 8 people living there.. only 5 on the lease .. 2 dogs.. only 1 on the lease .. nonpayment of cleaning fees.. gas utility not changed over to their name... and the list goes on !!!

Jo I hope your new tennants are not causing problems. Was talking with a friend who has just rented her home out and she is hoping all will be fine.
