Hello,
I have a problem, My Janome MC 11000, while using the auto needle threader sometimes gets struck and the machine is standstill. I then put the machine off and then it comes to normal.
I need to know what to do? Kindly please help.

I had the same problem with my brother 350se and decided to thread it by hand.
