I combined a number of designs to make this one but the bottle with glasses and grapes is from Embroidery design #19116 and is presently on sale. As for the other designs
I cannot remember exactly where I got these.

This is a 2 bottle bag with a divider inside so the bottles are protected from each other.
they do make great hostess gifts anytime of the year.
