You have a lot on your plate, but do try to take it in stride and not over stress. Deep breaths, and exercise help make stress more bearable. Hugs
Meganne, my babies had blood in the urine and I have to buy special dry food Hils CD from the vet. They can still have wet and raw food but I was told it is not good for furry babies to eat the supermarket dry food once they have this problem. Hope your babies get better. hugs Helen
Thanks Helen, my babies only ever have Hills Science diet, they share 1 small pouch of Whiska's Oh So Fishy, wet food, between the three of them, as a treat each night. The vet thinks part of it could be stress, as their mummy has been pretty upset lately over Tidgy, and then thoroughly fed up with demands of looking after MIL. Then their daddy is only coming up for weekends, and he is bashing and banging, late into the night, both days, building storage cupboards downstairs. Their whole routine is upset because we haven't been sitting down watching telly with them every night like we used to do.
It's probably all taking a toll on my very sensitive boys, whereas Tidgy Girl takes everything in her stride and fears nothing.

... stride and fears nothing. I need to try and relax and sit down with them and see if that helps, give them more sloppy wet food to make sure they drink more water and both have medication to settle their bladders. I'm afraid one more straw will break my back! LOL!!!
my back. LOL!!!! but I have to keep smiling because I have some very special friends who always make me better when I'm feeling stressed. :-))) HNR, M
Sorry to hear about your furbabies. I pray that God will have mercy upon them and heal them completely. Please let us know how you are doing as well, as we are also worried about their Mommy. All the best. My prayers go with you all.
Hope everything turn for the best, my prayers are for all of you, Positive thinking! May God protect you and your babies.
Hopefully an antibiotic can clear everyone up. Don't know if they are drinking enough but a faucet that drips usually gets them to drink more.
So sorry to hear your news, hope they respond well to treatment, hugs S*
I am a vet tech. My son has a Manx cat "Booger", I know it is a terrible name for a beloved pet, who used to have issues with bladder infections caused by mucus plugs and stones. He has been feeding the original Iams cat food for years and has had no problems since. He had tried the prescription Science Diet, etc.
Good luck with you furry babies and prayers are with you for a positive outcome with your oncologist.
All of our fur babies are so special to each of us. I hope yours recover fully. I also hope that you yourself recover and your oncologist appointment turns out postive for you. I am thinking and praying for you. Hugs, Mary
the vet today because of my Oncologist appointment. Needless to say I am beside myself and wish there was two of me to get everything done. Mishka had an injection for a bladder infection and tomorrow I'll take Spanky for treatment.
The outcome of the Oncologist visit today, is an appointment on Monday with an Oncology Gynaecologist on Monday. So I'm none the wiser.
At least I got to see my Sister and my niece and then spent a couple of hours with Polly, catching up is such fun and Ray came to Polly's and got to meet Brian, a huge achievement. :-)))
It is getting late now and I am rather tired so after one more very important post, I am off to bed.
Hugs and roses to all, Meganne
My goodness. Far too much to do for you. Hope all three of you respond well to treatment. Prayers for you all.
Oh Why does it all have to happen at once. I wish I were there to help you balance out all that needs accomplished. You do know how to juggle, don't you :-) Is there anyone who has offered and said, "Now whatever you need, just call me." that you could call now and ask them to help with vet trips- or anything else - wrapping, baking, cleaning the loo? Hugs, dear friend, I am praying for your strength - and sanity - LOL! Jan
can call now to help duplicate yourself? Like take kitties to the vet for treatment, wrap, bake or even clean the loos for you?
I'll be praying for your recovery And for your sanity! Hugs, dear friend, for strength today, Jan
Furry babies are family! We all worry when anyone is ill. The vet can help with their illnesses.
Please take care of yourself and have a good time with your family!
Hugs, Bonnie
