I have just purchased a 6 month subscription but when I tried to put things in mu cart, they showed up with the price. My understanding was that the subscription allowed me to download designs at no additional cost. Was I wrong?

When you click on the design you want to dl there are on the right site 2 possibilities:
*add to cart
*free download for members
That green tab with download is your way to the design ;o)

Thank you. I wasn't clicking on the design. I go tit now.

Don't put the design in the cart, just click on the member's download for your format.

You aren't wrong - but you don't have to put them in the cart! Just click on the green "download" button.

I am not seeing a member's download button. I thought I had completed everything. My account shows that I have paid.
