Help! Went to transfer a design from my computer to my sewing machine and it says command error! What am I not doing? Thanks.

Yay! While waiting to see what cuties had to say, I went back into the sewing room and shut down my computer and sewing machine and then put everything back on and tried again and loo and behold - everything's OK. Now I have to go back and get that design done!

I don't know what machine or software you have but save the design in your computer and then reboot your computer and turn off and turn back on your embroidery machine. Won't hurt to give that a try. Maybe another Cutie can help you if this doesn't work. Good luck.
