Insulated casserole carrier. My younger DD is always taking something to the church get togethers, or bowling league for the younger GD, or somehting, and I had planned on getting one made up to put her gift certificate in. Well, this morning, I got a call from my sit and sew buddy - she asked me to meet her for she wanted to give me the carrier so that I would have one less thing to make, but that I had to sew the button on. Bless her heart, she does not know what a blessing this was. I put the gift card into the covered Pyrex and put into the carrier - now it is done and wrapped and under the tree. I still plan on making one, but not until after the holidays.

I love this design. So quick to make. I will have to keep this in mind for next Christmans

That was so thoughtful of your buddy. It looks lovely. I don't think I've seen one like that before. It looks a bit like an envelope type closure? I gather that's what the button is for? Thanks for showing us all.

Yes - it is like an envelope, and will hold the 13 x 9 pan.

What a great sister you have. The carrier is nice. I have a couple bought ones for a specific pan but would like one that could be adjusted to several different sizes. If you come across one let us know.
