My husband got a good report @ Dr. appointment. His lung is staying inflated even after removing the tube last night. There's a 10% chance that it might collaspe again. He has not been sick, we can't think of anything that could have caused it.He isn't a smoker, never has smoked, but did grow up with parents that did & worked with smokers in an office for years before they it was ban. So, dr thinks second hand smoke could be the cause. Husbands first hospital stay! He is feeling much better now. Thanks for all your thoughts & prayers. Merry Christmas

Jane, we will continue to pray for you and your husband. Second hand smoke is so very bad - I know that my bronchitis was caused by it and that has been a difficult thing to deal with - that it wasn't anything that I did or didn't do.

I bet that was a frightening experience for the both of you. Glad he is much better and there is 90% chance this won't ever happen again. That's good odds. Wishing you both a Very Merry Christmas.
