Looks from the weather report that you are in for some warm weather later this week. We're heading for Ballarat tomorrow - it'll be a bit cooler there.
This is my second full-on Cute Christmas and I've had a ball both times. It took me months to find my sea-legs here and realise that I could be part of it all, too. I love Veronika's designs and the way she has of generating kindness and thoughtfulness in this group.
It's great to find another Cute Member reasonably close.

I did have a nice family day with the kids and my parents. And you're right about having someone close by. Sometimes I can feel very alone in internet land.

It did hail here for a short time yesterday evening, but it soon switched to heavy rain and bit more thunder and lightning, just for a change, LOL. Lost power briefly -just long enough to be annoying and reset the embroidery machine and the PC etc. Ho hum.

We had a fabulous lightning show the night before but the storm seem to move right around us and nothing much else happened.

Bendigo is in Victoria,on the eastern side of Australia,and Perth is on the other side of our country on the west coast
